My Goals:
Goal 1: Maintain the progress I have achieved: I've lost about 40 pounds in all. Woo hoo!

Goal 2: Tone up the flabby spots that remained after the weight loss.

Goal 3: Get a flatter tummy.

Goal 4: Feel great

Goal 5: Help others achieve their goals by sharing information and encouraging them.

My Program:
Eating a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds.

I do cardio and weight training at least 3 days per week.

got up to half mile and had a back issue, so working on other cardio like incline bike as it heals, thanks for the support, your looking great

Hi Will .. I was reading in one of your blogs that you don't eat fish ... is it because you don't like fish or is there something in the fish that I need to be aware of lol lol .. I eat mostly salmon

Thanks for stopping by my blog and your comments, you always have something positive to say.

I have done some of these things, changing the number of calories from one day to the next and doing different kinds of exercise on different days. I am pretty stressed right now and that maybe part of it. Between work and school it's all I can do to get any exercise at all, sometimes 30 mins in the evening before homework is all I can manage. I think if I could exercise as much as I did last year it wouldn't be a problem

Also, I am 46 now. I weigh 145 and I have a lot of muscle mass, I always have. I told a friend how much I weigh this morning and she couldn't believe it, she thought I was like 120 or something. I'm just wondering how much more I can realistically expect to lose, maybe my body is saying I have gone far enough? I wish I could know what my body fat % really is.

emoticon for commenting on my question about drinking to much water. The reason I ask was because my Doctor told me I had flushed out almost all of my iron etc. I got very sick and passed out so I had to take B-12 shots. So now I am trying very hard not to drink to much water. I try to drink at least 10 on the days I know I am going to workout and 8 on other days. I am also trying to put more veggies in my diet. I hope this will keep me from passing out again.
