My Goals:
Goal 1: Maintain the progress I have achieved: I've lost about 40 pounds in all. Woo hoo! Goal 2: Tone up the flabby spots that remained after the weight loss. Goal 3: Get a flatter tummy. Goal 4: Feel great Goal 5: Help others achieve their goals by sharing information and encouraging them.
My Program:
Eating a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds. I do cardio and weight training at least 3 days per week.
