Goal 1: Maintain the progress I have achieved: I've lost about 50 pounds in all. Woo hoo!

Goal 2: Keep toning up and staying in shape.

Goal 3: Get a flatter tummy.

Goal 4: Feel great

Goal 5: Help others achieve their goals by sharing information and encouraging them. This one gives me the greatest levels of joy!

My Program:
Eating a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds.

I do cardio and weight training at least 3 days per week.

HOPE YOU HAD A GREAT DAY YESTERDAY.

I DID. MY LITTLE SISTER AND HER FRIEND CAME TO THE FOREST, SHE TEACHES ME THAT ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE, SHE STEERED HER SCOOTER AROUND THE FOREST USING ONE HAND, AS SHE NO LONGER HAS USE OF HER LEFT HAND AND HER LEGS. SHE IS AMAZING.

WE CAN ACHIEVE ALL YOU PUT OUR MINDS TOO, SHE IS A FANTASTIC EXAMPLE OF THIS X
