Goal 1: Maintain the progress I have achieved: I've lost about 50 pounds in all. Woo hoo!

Goal 2: Keep toning up and staying in shape.

Goal 3: Get a flatter tummy.

Goal 4: Feel great

Goal 5: Help others achieve their goals by sharing information and encouraging them. This one gives me the greatest levels of joy!

My Program:
Eating a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds.

I do cardio and weight training at least 3 days per week.

HIYA HOW ARE YOU DOING, I AM FINE, AND KEEPING GOING, A LITTLE TIRED, BUT I CAN WALK, MOVE, SO I AM BLESSED, I HAVE A FRIEND WITH MS AND SHE TRULY IS AN INSPIRATION TO ME, AS SHE CAN NOT WALK NOR USE HER LEFT ARM, BUT NOTHING STOPS HER. WHENEVER MY BODY IS WEARY, I THINK OF HER AND PUSH INTO MY MIND I CAN DO THIS, LITTLE STEPS ARE FINE.

I HAVE JUST SPOKEN TO HER AND SHE SAID WHAT I WOULD GIVE IF I COULD ONLY STAND, AND WITH THIS, I PULLED OUT MY HULA HOOP AND HOOPED AND HOOPED AND HOOPED
