Goal 1: Maintain the progress I have achieved: I've lost about 50 pounds in all. Woo hoo!

Goal 2: Keep toning up and staying in shape.

Goal 3: Get a flatter tummy.

Goal 4: Feel great

Goal 5: Help others achieve their goals by sharing information and encouraging them. This one gives me the greatest levels of joy!

My Program:
Eating a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds.

I do cardio and weight training at least 3 days per week.

Hi Will, thanks for checking in on my. I'm fine and life is good. I am still very actively keeping on a plant-based diet and doing well. I'm not on SP much any more, I have found it to be kind of addicting to me and I was spending to much time sitting in front of the computer. I check in from time to time so I haven't left completely. I hope you are doing well and enjoying life.
