Goal 1: Maintain the progress I have achieved: I've lost about 50 pounds in all. Woo hoo!

Goal 2: Keep toning up and staying in shape.

Goal 3: Get a flatter tummy.

Goal 4: Feel great

Goal 5: Help others achieve their goals by sharing information and encouraging them. This one gives me the greatest levels of joy!

My Program:
Eating a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds.

I do cardio and weight training at least 3 days per week.

Hey Willpower,
I want to follow your page, I'd like to get that book on vegan eating, I don't want to quit eating meat altogether, I want to add more fruits and veggies to diet. I've lost 25 pounds and have maintained that for over a year but still want to lose 20 more pounds, I do herbalife shakes and tablets but want to eat healthier meals, here's to a healthier 2013, Happy Easter!
