I like the quote,"Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels." Seeing the scale go down in number encourages me. What new habit can I put in place to replace an old behavior? "Never stop improving" sounds like a commercial, but it's a way of life.

My Goals:
--Leave work sooner to stick to an exercise program.





My Program:
1. Exercise daily on elliptical and do yard work on weekends.

2. Eat healthy foods, not processed. NO SUGAR.

3. Control portions.

4. Sleep 8 hrs.

5. No soda. Just ice water or Propel.

6. Avoid late night snacking--just popcorn, baby carrots, peanut butter.


Personal Information:
I grew up in Ohio and have lived in Florida (Miami, Lakeland, Daytona areas).
I love to remodel the house, add trees & landscaping, and expand the koi pond. I relax in front of HGTV.
