It's almost time for New Years Resolutions (AGAIN)! Let 2013 be the healthiest, happiest year yet! (Funny, last time I updated this was December 2011. The day after christmas apparatly I am really motivated because it has been exactly one year since I have edited this.

My Goals:
Achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Decrease my overall bodyfat percentage. Eat 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Exercise for 120 minutes per week. Drink 8 or more glasses of water daily.
My Program:
I belong to the YMCA fitness in Rhinelander, WI. I have signed up for indoor cycling Mon/ Wed mornings at 6 AM and Fitness Fusion (weights and step) Tues/Thur at 5:30 PM.
