 Now I'm either jogging 3+ miles/day or biking 12 plus walking the dogs. I love the fall. Being outside is a thrill!

basically trying to be sugar free. It just makes my life so much easier if I don't eat that sweet stuff.

I saw that you are a business woman. Just curious what kind of business you are in and whether you like it. I have been toying with the idea of starting a tutoring business, but am not sure how to go about the "market research" that everyone suggests doing first.
