Thanks for your comment on my page. Sorry I haven't been around much--health and living arrangements are taking up most of my time and energy right now.

We took turns pushing my mom in wheel chair. I usually start running up the hills. Makes it easier. The big hill my son took over and when he is not here, my sis and I will both push it up that big hill and go very slow down hill. Great resistance. Please do stop if you see me out there. My sis and I try to go in the afternoon on her day off.

Thanks for the Spark Goodie and for starting this team. I love the accountability. I started running 23 years ago when my son was born. Our first house backed up to Shelley Lake and I use to carry my son and stroller down the hill to get to the walk way. Then we moved to FL and I got a jogging stroller and met so many young mothers who were also runners. I stopped a couple of years ago after surgery but hope to get back to it. I signed up for a race in the Tampa Bay area that a lot of my friends are going to run in as a motivation to start up again and great excuse to go back. Right now I am trying to increase my work outs to meet the amount of time I use to spend running. I ran three marathons and many other smaller races. I still would love to run Boston. Maybe 2015 at the age of 60. I would be youngest in the age group. Thanks again! Have a great week!
