My Goals:
I am setting small goals for myself so I don't get discouraged. So far it's working great!
Lose 10% of my weight - goal met!
Lose 50 lbs. - goal met!
Lose 75 lbs. - (getting very close)
Lose 100 lbs. -
My Program:
I am on a diabetic and cardiac diet; I also have to eat low potassium. My food choices are very limited. I try to eat as much variety as I can.
I had unsuccessful knee surgery in 2000, have limited mobility so do chair exercises for the most part.

I am married and have 1 son.
