Other Information:
I am trying to avoid to morbid obesity that runs on both sides of my family. Along with obesity I am also genetically predisposed to many weight-related illnesses such as diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, sleep apnea etc. I am currently in very good health, but I want to be at least within my BMI and active. I really want to live a full, long life, without my health holding me back.

I would also like to have an easier time shopping for clothes. I want more choices and to like how they fit better.

Plus being lighter and fitter will make all of my favorite hobbies (running and hiking) a lot easier and more fun.

Congratulations on losing 20lbs! I too have diabetes on with both sides of my family so I'm trying to beat that statistic too! Good luck! emoticon
