I used to be as thin as the wind. I retired in 2000 weighing 126 pounds. By 2005 I was at an all time (never seen it before) 164 pounds. By watching what I ate and walking I got down to 129 in about 5 mohths. Years of chronic pain and inactivity landed me at 154 in March 2012. I've gotten down to 139/141. My goal is to reach 135 so I can wear the size 6 clothes hanging in my closet (many of then still have price tags on them), feel more confident in my appearance and learn to mantain. ...

I'm doing pretty good but need help on what to eat (how much of what) each day for a 1200 calorie diet.
