"Not too bad" doesn't work for me anymore! Excellence is the key--in nutrition, in fitness, in motivation, and in all things! Excellence is not perfection. It is, however, superb.
I have lost and gained many times, but this time it's coming off slowly but it's staying off. And I intend to keep it that way! Hit my 30 pounds off mark on 11/4/2015.
Want to lose 45 pounds, get fit, enjoy life, cook more, and generally be awesome as possible!
I do the SparkPeople diet and love my FitBit. I've settled on 1150-1400 calories a day. Not doing a low-carb diet because very high protein isn't good for me, but I try to get the minimum recommended amount of carbs, protein, fat, and fiber every day. I try to do about 150-175 carbs and keep sodium under 2000.
I walk a minimum of 10k steps every day.
