Creating A New Me! Be Inspired .... Be Empowred .... and LOSE

After losing 60 Pounds a few years back, I have regained 30 of those pounds. I decided to rekindle my spark and get back on track after having many controllable health issues including diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and gout.

I started my journey again on about July 12, 2011 and look forward to getting back down and then surpassing my previous accomplishments! I look forward to the ups and downs this roller coaster will bring me. But more importantly, I am ...

My Goals:
I do not want to be skinny, I just want to be solid and healthy! I am currently a plus size 14 or a misses 16. My current goal is to get down to a size misses 12. From there I will see how I like what I see when the mirror looks back at me and adjust accordingly!

My Program:
I initially lost the first 25 pounds by watching the foods that I ate and completely cutting soda. I eat more vegetables and do not snack as often as I use to. I also opt for low calorie snack options and candy when I have sugar cravings. So instead of eating a snickers bar (280 calories) .... I will eat a few mentos (10 calories each)

I create handmade One-of-a-Kind Jewelry. I only use the finest gemstones, crystals, and sterling silver!
