Starting over

I was doing good last year, but sadly all that work was for nothing because it's all back. I have lost all confidence and am not pleased with myself for letting this happen. I need to start over. Hard part is feeling like I'm worth it again. If anyone is willing, I could really use some motivation and support.

It's really exciting, Alicia. Whatever your family decides, I hope it all works out for the best. Personally, I think I would want to go. I have a daughter living in the Netherlands (Amsterdam), and she loves it. She didn't know a word of Dutch before she moved, but now she's fluent. Places over there are so much closer than we are used to that you can easily visit many different countries. Housing is generally smaller than we are used to, but once you get used to it, it, it's fine. I've visited her many times, and in the cities at least, many people know some English, and are more than willing to help you out.

Please keep us posted.

Hugs to you all,
Gail

Yes I am doing well. It is that time of year when there is more to do than the time to do it. Even for people like me who are retired. I have to go down to VA on Friday to pick up my youngest for Thanksgiving break. Not looking forward to the trip. It is a 5 to 6 hour round trip and I rarely drive for more than an hour at a time anymore. You news is exciting I hope your DH does get the job. Good luck and Happy Thanksgiving!
