I am making an effort to live healthier, part of that for me is achieving a healthier weight. At first sign up I weigh approximately 195 pounds at a height of 5 ft this puts me in a danger zone for inheriting the type 2 diabetes that runs in both sides of my family.

thanks for the comment on my blog. my puppy is 6 months old, she is into chewing, everything in sight.
and pad training has been a nightmare, she refuses to do her business outdoors and will actually stand outside the door begging to get in so she can go.
she does use her pads, and i have even resorted to putting one on the porch for when she is outdoors.
but she still uses the kitchen floor, in front of the front door and sometimes under the futon, on the carpet.
she has been the hardest to pad train i have ever had. but the play yard is helping, she can play and run around cause shes tiny and wont get much bigger than she is now.
as for the exercise, there are zero gyms near me, the closest is a ymca about 25 miles away. so i am on my own.

Thanks for reading and commenting on my blog. I find the older I get the more open I am to trying and actually giving new foods a chance. I used to hate oatmeal, avocados, sweet potatoes, and a number of other things that I have acutally grown to enjoy so much, they daily staples. I usually have a whole banana, but that night I had added in the cherries. I found out that I just have to watch my fruit intake. The past two days it worked better for me and I made sure I paired with my meals. I hope you have a great day and weekend.
