Since I still have fun like a kid I would like to feel like one health wise too! Never thought it would happen to me...out of shape, too many health problems etc. I will fix the things that I can and hope that somebody up there helps me also. Stay positive everybody!!!!!

My Goals:
1. Quit smoking again.
2.tone up more so I will never look like that Gramma cartoon!!
3.Get out more and meet people, not just getting stuff done.
4.I used to be a camera buff,BUT for many years now you won't see a pic of me,and I never got over 140 lbs.Just out of shape.(5'7")
My Program:
I do different things everyday for myself and my family. mix it up and try to stay motivated.
Personal Information:
From the shores of Lake Michigan in Wis. Mother of 3 boys, 2 in their early 20's and one is almost 12. 8 grandkids also. I keep busy.
Other Information:
We love camping, fishing, hunting, hiking in the woods and the beach( but not swimming). I love logic problem books but learning the computor is TOO much. We have a snake, fish, mice, cats, turtle and frogs but we want a dog. Too bad, not in this apt. complex.
