Thank you for the comments regarding my migraines as discussed in my blog. I am very aware that dehydration is a migraine trigger and try hard to stay hydrated. One of my primary triggers is insomnia and it is rearing it's ugly head again despite sleep meds. I realize I have a lot of things to work on and it will take me a few months to stabilize. Thanks for stopping by and reading and commenting on my blog. You are so right that the last thing I need is to tweak my knee or break an ankle slipping on the snow/ice. That was all I could think about yesterday when I was out there - I was just sure I was going to wreck my knee. Fortunately I made it. Today was a rest day, which was good because it was snowy and blowy today. Tomorrow is another run day, so hoping it is not as slick!!
