Goals??? I'd just like to get to under 200 lbs. again.

OK, seriously. I'm doing my best to meet the Spark guidelines set for calorie and carbohydrate intake. As for exercise -- still working on that -- my training is severely hampered by arthritis and a hernia (which has been operated on, but which the doctor is still being cautious with).
