I don't plan to give up until I reach success. I'm well on my way, and I'll get there with God's help. February 11, 2013 I decided to sign up for the 5% Winter Challenge. I plan to enrich my diet with lean meats, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds and exercise at a minimum of 150 minutes a week. I plan to give out spark goodies to encourage my teammates. I also plan to post regularly to give and receive support. I will weigh weekly while I am member of this challenge, even though the scale and I have had a hate relationship for years. But, I believe with support, and help from God, I can stick to this plan, tweaking when necessary, to accomplish my goals.

My Goals:
My first goal is to lose 9 pounds while participating in the 5% Winter into Spring Challenge!
My Program:
I am currently researching the proper foods to rid my body of H-Pylori bacteria. Lately, I have been actively practicing meditating on God's Word so that it will enrich my life, give me direction, and help me reach my goals. So far, it is helping me tremendously. I am focusing on incorporating more fiber in my diet, drinking more water, and exercising at least 150 minutes a week.
Other Information:
I am an avid reader, and I love to write in my spare time. Bowling is a favorite family activity that we indulge in as often as we can. But most of all, I love to spend time with family and friends, doing whatever makes us happy at that time.
