My goals are to first lose 10% of my weight and later 10%. Have been on Weight Watchers 3 times and no longer interested in it. The meetings were sounding like food addiction confessions rather than motivation to lose weight
I am recording my nutrition and slowly starting to exercise. Since I turned 50, I see to injure easily. Being an emotional eater, I turn to food.
I have 3 lovely grandchildren (Cooper 5, Lucia 4, and Cecilia 1)and love them so much.
I love comedy shows or just funny commercials. Biggest loser has been an inspiration to me. Seeing the contestants, rings some of the same issues I face.
