My Goals:
My primary goal is to enjoy good health.

My secondary goals are to eat healthy foods, exercise regularly, and to get plenty of rest and relaxation.

My Program:
I have been involved in an exercise program for many years, and I do pretty well with the healthy food part. I am working very hard to include the rest and relaxation, but something always seem to stand in the way. That is my toughest challenge.

Personal Information:
I am from a small town in Tennessee, but I am not too far away from Memphis. I know everyone has heard of Memphis...LOL.

My pets are six spoiled cats: Cricket, Max, Jade, Freedom, Kobe, and Chloe.

Other Information:
Certified Group Fitness Instructor with CPR.

Certified Kickboxing, Step Aerobics, and Cycling Instructor .

Certified in Silver Sneakers Classic, Yoga Stretch, and Cardio Circuit.

Licensed Zumba Instructor.

I am so not a night person any more. My doctor wanted me to be in bed by 10 P.M. and I am now and I often fall right to sleep. Squeaker was eating out f her bowl when I got up this morning. YEAH!!
