no more soda's
eat more fruits & veggies
exercise at least 30 minutes a day

No apologies necessary! I've been you, so totally understand how life's struggles and challenges can disrupt our taking care of ourselves. Just do the best you can, even if that just means cutting out the stress eating and substituting a fruit or veggie or healthy snack instead. I'm here for you!
