After many years of starting and stopping diets and exercise routines, I've finally decided to get really serious about achieving my goals of getting healthy, both mentally and physically, and losing weight.

I've started with the basics...
no more soda's
eat more fruits & veggies
exercise at least 30 minutes a day

Thanks for the comment on my blog. Let's start at square one together. There's a quote I'll be posting on my status soon that seems to fit us. "There are 7 days in the week....and 'someday' isn't one of them." How 'bout starting again now?

In what part of CA do you live? I'm hoping to get out to San Diego to see my sister in July and am hoping you live near there. I'd love to meet up with you!

I'm working on a meal and fitness plan tonight. Tried on my swimsuit today and got the pool schedule at my fitness center yesterday. Water aerobics here I come! I like to do my own routine so I can monitor it myself. I took a class once and the ladies were more about socializing than getting their sweat on emoticon

Mowing the lawn for exercise tomorrow, have a wedding to attend tomorrow night. I'm so ready to feel healthier again! No more excuses.

Thanks for reading and responding to my blog! How are you doing? Time just has a way of flying by doesn't it. My brain is still stuck in January but here it is JUNE! Yup . . . a time warp going on in the brain!
