no more soda's
eat more fruits & veggies
exercise at least 30 minutes a day

Thank you so much for your kind words and well wishes. I hate the idea that I will need a daily medication, but at this point I will try anything just to feel less anxious. it's been ruling my life for the past 14 months since my husband died, but I want my life back now. The doctor tells me I have been living in fear of a heart attack since the first major anxiety attack in December and the counter effect is that my body is reacting strongly to thoughts I may not even be aware I am having.
Vicious rollercoaster and I want off. I asked for a medication that will not lead to more weight gain. I should hear from her tomorrow.
Again, I really appreciate your taking the time to read my little blog and leave me a message of support.

emoticon on keeping at it! Exercising regularly! So pleased to read that!

I did my first day of planned exercise in a very long while, and wow! I am soooo out of shape! Gotta make this part of my usual routine again. I'm looking forward to having less aches and pains that will only come with loosing weight and working out! I want that!

We've done this before so I am positive we will both have success again! emoticon for us!
