Love food... But. Love. Me. More!

In 2007 I lost 63 lbs by paying attention to what works for me. Since then I've often lost my way, and I've spent too much time listening to what works for other people, and not enough time thinking about what works for me. As a result, when things didn't quite go to plan, well we all know the story there!

Fast forward to March 22nd 2014 (the day I wrote this). It's time to focus on my physical and emotional needs (eg, stress). Let's see what happens now, shall we?

My Program:
I began losing weight on my own. Occasionally I've also tried various diet clubs. I am presently relaxing the rules...

I simply track what I eat, and keep in mind that I have an issue with eating too much. So I watch my portion sizes.

Other Information:
My ultimate goal is to reach 160lbs and finally sit in the "Healthy" section of the weight table.

We do this together. I'm hoping to drop 10 lbs this month with simple prayer, eating right and light exercise. Do this with me. emoticon

I am on your Forty Somethings Sparkteam and doing the Summer Challenge as well. I just wanted to stop by and congratulate you on losing over 5 lbs. in January. You are well on your way to reaching your goal this year. WooHoo!
