I began losing weight on my own. Occasionally I've also tried various diet clubs. I am presently calorie counting and watching my fat intake.
I don't officially 'exercise'. But I do walk my dog twice a day. And I love fixing up the house... everything from plastering to garden work. Plenty of exercise opportunities there!
My ultimate goal is to reach 160lbs and finally sit in the "Healthy" section of the weight table.
I'm trying to get back on Spark and more committed to taking care of myself and you were such a wonderful support to me... just wanted to say hi and hope to see you around the boards as I recharge my program! :)
I am on your Forty Somethings Sparkteam and doing the Summer Challenge as well. I just wanted to stop by and congratulate you on losing over 5 lbs. in January. You are well on your way to reaching your goal this year. WooHoo!

Have started my 2012 new years resolution a day early. Lose 25 lbs in 2012. That will take me to 236 lbs, which is half way to my ultimate goal of 160 lbs. It's a long long way to my ultimate goal.. but 25 lbs is very doable... so here I go!
