27th Jan 2016 and I've decided to try something new. I've been doing a load of reading about which diet is best for me and I've decided to do a hybrid of low carb, Mediterranean and calorie counting diets. Can't find anything like it so this is going to be an experiment. For this reason I'm going to keep an online diary with things that I've learned and recipes that inspire me. Excited!
Like you, I had to do a lot of trial and error to find what works for me. I'm also doing low carb/higher protein and fat (eating Primal/Paleo), and so glad to finally find the Easy Button, so to speak. No more suffering in the food department (unless I eat something that doesn't agree with me!) and SO much energy. I can't remember feeling this good in a VERY long time!! Grats on your progress!
