Turtle69 housework counts as exercise. It has too or i'd be OUT OF LUCK!! LOL I think the rule of thumb is that housework counts as exercise if you work up a sweat doing it. I'd say holding up the gutters counts as strength training. See you had quite a lot of Friday success's and didn't even know it. 995 days ago
Thanks for stopping by my page. I didn't have a Friday success. I just cleaned up around the house and then made supper. I could have rode my stationary bike for a few minutes but I didn't make the time to do it because when my husband got home I helped him put up the gutter. Never realized how out of shape I am while I was standing there holding up the gutter waiting for him to secure it in place. My arms hurt so bad. I typically don't hold my arms up, but I guess I should start now. 997 days ago
Thank you for stopping by my blog and taking the time to comment. I just read yours and it had some very beautiful sentiments.
Being comfortable in one's body is something that doesn't come naturally. But I've always said my only goal in life is to have crow's feet by the time I'm 40 - that way I know I've spent my life smiling. 999 days ago
Hi! Welcome to the Partnership Accountability to the Finish Line team! We are happy to have you with our team. Please feel free to introduce yourself to the team, if you have not already done so. Be sure to read the thread: Click Here: To help find a partner and learn what to do next". It will help you find someone who has similar goals, likes, dislikes, or someone close to your age if you prefer. You will both be able to support, encourage, and just be there for each other, while on your way in reaching your goals.
If you need help finding someone or help of any kind, please let me know, as I am here to help you in anyway I can. Hope you enjoy and are able to achieve your goals on this team or any others you might join.
Have a great day!! Barb Co-leader of Partnership Accountability to the Finish Line
