I just read through your last few days of blog posts, and where have I been that I haven't seen them yet??? So sorry that it has been a hectic stressful week :(
I've definitely been there; feeling defeated about everything and good about nothing. But!! Trust me... stay with your workout and eating moderately healthy. You'll feel better about it in the end! I don't know exactly how it feels to be in your situation, but stress definitely IS a healthy lifestyle challenge!!

You can find the Whole30 program on whole9life.com I might seem like too radical a change, but I've been cleaning up my eating for a while, ever since I watched Hungry for Change (if you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it.) So the biggest differences for me, were giving up dairy, and ALL sweeteners. We weren't eating many legumes anyway, and were only eating oats and quinoa, since they were gluten free.
