Just a quickie, weight is not an easy thing at all. Losing is part one of a two part journey. The second part, maintenance, is the true beast. Constant vigilance and effort to keep within your allotted 3 pound boundary. Wishing you much patience now as you lose and, once you reach it, patience actively remaining on goal.
