My Goals:
1) Maintain healthy BP
2) No junk food
3) Quit smoking
4) No more then 2 drinks per social activity
5) High intake of Potassium
6) 30 minutes of exercise a day


My Program:
- Maintaining a 1700-2200 calorie per day diet
- Workout a minimum of 30 minutes per day, double on weekends
- Short walk when on break at work
- Pushups/Situps when bored at home
- Cook, not microwave meals
- No pop/juice
- Milk!!!
