My Goals:
I'm ready to be healthy. I'm doing this the right way. No crash diets, no magic wand. I'm eating healthier. I'm exercising. I'm staying positive. The weight will come off slowly, but it will come off. The real Shelby will start to shine - watch out, world!

My Program:
Exercise:
Weekend hikes
Core exercises on alternating weeknights.
Jogging on weekday mornings.

Nutrition: EAT LESS. Realizing I don't need the ice cream or candy. Try to avoid meals with over 20 grams of fat. Drink more water. Lots more water. Realize that food is fuel, not a crutch.

I am Shelby. I am 31 years old and am currently living in Phoenix, AZ. I am a sarcastic, witty, sometimes beeyotch who loves to smile and laugh.
