I'm a lifetime WW member, who continues to lose and gain the same weight over and over. It's crazy to live like this, but it's the story of my life. I still keep a lot of my healthy habits, like giving up diet soft drinks for water and whole wheat bread and pasta. I eat healthy and stay on track through the week, but I struggle with weekends. I think losing weight is so much more than just watching what you eat. You have to figure out what caused you to get this way and then turn it around to prevent the cycle. I'm still working on that! LOL

I'm 58, married for 39 years and I have a son and daughter-in-law.I work full time in banking. Don't ask me to refund your overdraft fees! LOL.

I like to read, travel, go to flea markets, and work around the house with my flowers and garden. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family!

Hi Ruthie, thanks a bunch for the picnic basket goodie. I'm so happy to hear that you are making progress from your surgery! I know those PT sessions are rough...I'm glad you only have three more sessions left. Good luck going back to work on Wednesday! Congrats on getting 10,000 steps on your Fit Bit!

Ruthie, thank you for the goodie and especially the update. Wow, 10K that is great, you were really stepping. I am sure itt will be hard to go back to work at first but you will ease into it and be okay after a few days. What kind of work do you do? Wishing you and yours a great and Happy 4th too.
