I'm a lifetime WW member, who continues to lose and gain the same weight over and over. It's crazy to live like this, but it's the story of my life. I still keep a lot of my healthy habits, like giving up diet soft drinks for water and whole wheat bread and pasta. I eat healthy and stay on track through the week, but I struggle with weekends. I think losing weight is so much more than just watching what you eat. You have to figure out what caused you to get this way and then turn it around to prevent the cycle. I'm still working on that! LOL

Personal Information:
I'm 58, married for 39 years and I have a son and daughter-in-law.I work full time in banking. Don't ask me to refund your overdraft fees! LOL. We have a dog named George (the 5th.) We name all our dogs George whether they are male or female. When they die, we bury them out back and we call that George Town.

I like to read, travel, go to flea markets, and work around the house with my flowers and garden. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family!

The winter blahs are almost over! I, for one, will be glad to see the last of the snow outside my window.

Hi Ruthie! How are you doing, my sweet friend? Thank you for the bear hug goodie you sent earlier in the week. I apologize for being so late to thank you! But I do appreciate your thoughtfulness, and I am so glad you are my Spark friend.
Its so hard to believe that Lori has been gone for a year now. Everytime I log onto Sparks, I want to go to her page to say hi. I sure do miss her but I'm glad I got to know her and had the chance to meet her in person.
