"Ruthie, MAKE DIFFERENT CHOICES AND I MEAN IT!!!!!"
JILLIAN YELLS, "MAKE DIFFERENT CHOICES!!!
I'm a lifetime WW member, who continues to lose and gain the same weight over and over. It's crazy to live like this, but it's the story of my life. I still keep a lot of my healthy habits, like giving up diet soft drinks for water. I eat healthy and stay on track through the week, but I struggle with weekends. I also binge eat sometimes which can result in gaining back every thing I lost through the week. I haven't quite figured out why I sabotage myself. I think losing weight is so much more than just watching what you eat. You have to figure out what caused you to get this way and then turn it around to prevent the cycle. I'm still working on that! LOL
WW Points Smart Program
tracking what I eat, I still count calories too
sdrinking at least 8 glasses of water a day
Increase activity going to the gym and using my Fitbit.to track my steps.
I'm 60, married for 41 years and I have a son and daughter-in-law.I work full time in banking. Don't ask me to refund your overdraft fees! LOL.
I like to read, travel, go to flea markets, and work around the house with my flowers and garden. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family!

Although most of us had thanksgiving to contend with, feel proud that you kept up your exercise and you are in the top five for team fitness minutes this week.
What i learned this week:
D.I.E.T = DID I EAT THAT????
If you eat something and no one sees you eat it, it has no calories!!!
Have a healthy week!

T for time to be together, turkey, talk and tangy weather.
H for harvest stored away, home, and hearth and holiday.
A for autumn’s frosty art, and abundance in the heart.
N for neighbors and November, nice things, and new things to share together.
K for kitchen, kettle’s croon, with kith and kin expected soon.
S for sizzles, sights, and sounds, and something special that abounds.
That spells THANKS – for joy in living,
And wishing you a jolly good Thanksgiving!

I hope you are feeling good about being in the top five for team fitness minutes this week.
As we approach Thanksgiving (in the US) this week, let's remember what Charles Spurgeon said,
"I think that is a better thing than thanksgiving: thanks-living. How is this to be done? By a general cheerfulness of manner, by an obedience to the command of Him by whose mercy we live, by a perpetual, constant delighting of ourselves in the Lord, and by a submission of our desires to His will. "
Give thanks with a grateful heart this Thanksgiving.

You are a winner! You are in the top five for fitness minutes this week!
this week was particularly hard on some people. Lucille Ball once said
"One of the things I learned the hard way was that it doesn't pay to get discouraged. Keeping busy and making optimism a way of life can restore your faith in yourself. "
SO think of all you have accomplished and stay positive! I know
