Goal to healthier weight.
I have dedicated myself to eating healthier, and I removed wheat and corn and milk from my diet. In response my body is feeling so much better! My constant abdominal pain is gone! I have lost 25 pounds since I started December 1st. I am more excited about feeling no pain than the weight loss! I want to keep doing this and continue to feel better, and continue the bonus of weight loss too!

Do not eat wheat, dairy or corn, maintain good balance of carbs/protein/fats. Allow myself to not be hungry.
