Getting my body and life back

I'm a cancer survivor struggling to have my physical self back. Post chemo effects have sidelined me despite my best efforts to exercise. Depression and other biochemical issues have made it hard for me to meet any of my goals.
This period is now ending. I've found an osteopath who is giving my physical self back, so I'm hopeful that I can start to exercise. I'm taking antidepressants to help with neuropathy and biochemical issues.
So here is to the Now, and a healthier more ...

hey there. Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a thought. About MrGuilt, though - he's not anyone I know, just the drill master in my mind. The part of my conscience that thinks everybody ought to be a TypeA over achiever. He has a good heart and a little pinch from him can prod me forward if I'm slacking off, but his delivery is really awful.

LOL

Hope you are laughing at me now, since I'm being a little silly. But I just know that no GIRLfriend of mine would throw the guilt on me like MrGuilt does so ... that's how I know the scolding part of my conscience is a guy. LOL
