I am hoping to get to know other Sparkpeople, get motivated, and to meet my goals!

My goals are to continue to lose weight while learning to keep off the weight. My original goal was to lower my blood pressure and become more active to help lose the weight. I know that the weight didn't get there overnight so it will take a while to lose it.

Joined Sparkpeople as of August 2007, I had been doing the South Beach Diet for several month and switched to the Atkins Diet Plan to make it a Lifestyle not a diet. Currently, I have been an active member of SparkPeople since 2007, using the tools and community here almost daily to help me achieve and maintain my weight loss goals. I am committed to staying healthy.
March 2008 - 30 lbs lost all total with Atkins/South Beach

Watch out folks as this is BAD stuff!
