Almost at maintenance phase time!!

I "recently" retired January 2012 and am enjoying life immensely!! I also lost the stress weight I put on - approximately 36 pounds - and am now working on losing the remaining belly fat mainly (probably about two pounds more) and then maintenance time which will be another challenge as well.

I found that my wardrobe has expanded by virtue of the clothes I kept from when I was smaller as well as the ones I had bought in the meantime to motivate me to lose the weight. Now I don't ...

Now I don't have to go shopping, plus when I watch the fashion commercials I find myself thinking "I can wear ALL those outfits and look good!!" Needless to say, my options as far as what I can wear have definitely expanded!!

My Goals:
I want to lose the remaining belly fat (two pounds max), go on maintenance and continue enjoying hiking, walking my dog, Prinny and doing whatever else my heart desires as far as activity wise.

My Program:
1. Track all food or drink consumed in my journal.

2. Walk my dog Prinny every day.

3. Workout at the gym at least four times a week - treadmill with HIIT or Jillian Michaels DVD

4. ST three days a week.

Personal Information:
I guess you could say I'm a California native, having lived in Los Angeles for 37 years. I "recently" retired January 2012 and am absolutely loving life! I am single, totally footloose and fancyfree with no kids; and I have a German Shepard mix named Prinny who I absolutely adore.

Other Information:
I love to read, hike, sail, watch movies and walk my dog Prinny. I am a member of several groups on Meetup.com and will join a group for going to a new restaurant, hikes, dancing, clubs, concerts or the theater. A great way of meeting new people, for sure!

Not that we're about comparing ourselves, but you might be interested to know that you weigh less than 88% of women your age and height. But what sounds best to me is that you're not torturing yourself to stay there!
