Maintaining since May 2012

Lessons Learned:

1. Goals should have a finish line but no end date. That way, I'm never a failure as long as I pick up where I left off.

2. Even five minutes of exercise to maintain the habit is better than losing momentum.

3. I may or may not be sorry I skipped a workout, but I am NEVER sorry that I did a workout.

4. Don't be discouraged by a slip-up. Discouragement kills motivation. Getting back on ...

Thanks for the words of encouragement on my blog. Trying to remember to take it one day at a time is a bit hard for me... I'm working on it. But really loving the burn I am feeling from the 30DS! I completed day 1 yesterday afternoon and completed day 2 this morning. What a workout!! How are you doing with your 30DS?
