I am a 40+ year old Christian Texan woman. I live with my 2 year old black cat - Ebony. I am seeking to become a better, healthier ME.

My 5% Fall Challenge exercise commitment
Strength Training:
Minimum 10 minutes, 3 days per week.
21 Day Fix workout DVDS, Spark videos, pilates or bodypump classes at the gym I belong to

Cardio:
Minimum 20 minutes 5 days a week
Walking outdoors, Treadmill/Elliptical/Stair Climber/Stationary bike at ...

My 5% Fall Challenge nutrition commitment
I will consume AT LEAST 5 freggies daily (only 2 fruit)
I will consume AT LEAST 1 unprocessed meal daily
I will limit alcohol to no more than 4ox red wine a day, 5 times a week
I will drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water each day


On my team page I will daily record my exercise and Living the Good Life points, and I will weigh and record my weight weekly. I will check with my team at least three times per week. I will visit team members' pages and blogs as much as I can.
