For sure, when I started out, I was carrying 200 lbs. on my 4 ft. 10.5 in. frame, so I was firmly in the obese category as well. But started out slowly, increased my walking time and Strength Training and gradually changes happen. Along the way I learned to love walking! I hope you do too.
