My Path to Lasting Health! :)

Hi, I'm a recent grad from U of M. I would characterize myself as educated, witty, sweet and willing to try new things.

I joined SP last year, but never kept with it - I want to change that. I want to hold myself accountable for my body, because it's one of the few things you can semi-control in life.

I'd like to meet new people to help with motivation and accountability. I think I can be a good resource to other people too!

Honestly, the exercising and the eating have both been going pretty blah lately. Like you saw in my last blog, I've been having problems with eating due to the ups and downs of my moods. But! Both are about to look up! September is going to be my month. I can just tell. (I hope. Haha.)

I still can't figure out where the acutal instructions for Pimp my Pride are at...

How is the dieting going for you? I'm sure the exercising will start looking up on 9/6.
