Stopping the hate

My whole life I have been overweight. I've never known what it was like to be normal sized. Over the past maybe5-7 years I have struggled with depression and endless body hate. I have hated my body and have spent hours wanted to just take a knife and hack away all the fat. Depression and low self esteem dont mix at all. Now years later, I have my depression under control and live a happy life with a very loving boyfriend who loves me exactly how i am. I am happy now and the last thing i need ...

Hi! Just wanted to say 'let me know if you start a blog' - I'll subscribe and try to support you if you do!
How about just doing TEN minutes on the treadmill every day, for the first four weeks? You could do more if you felt like it but only ask of yourself to do ten minutes, EVERY DAY unless you're ill or can't use your legs / feet. Can I dare you?
Or ten minutes of brisk walking if you don't own a treadmill.

I saw your post about being lazy, lol.

I am about as lazy as they come. But, I do walk daily and that is my main form of exercise.

I have a walking buddy and we almost never missed a day in over 8 years now.

Good luck to you!
