Hey im Kat,

Im a rollergirl, alternative model, and recovering from ana/mia eating problems. :)

I completed my first Tough Mudder 10/13 with my fiancee' and one of my best friend! It was challenging and I pulled my groin so I want to be sure next year I can do it better and faster. :)

I am severely looking for a person with similar goals to message on here every day to stay accountable.

I want to lose a few lbs, to feel better about myself and my modeling career.

My Program:
Im on a roller derby team so I workout twice a week with that usually, and otherwise im doing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 most days. I generally dont have a planned workout Sat and Sun.

Other Information:
I love outdoor activities. And id love to look good doing them.

emoticon thanks for the rollerskates, lady! if you're looking for teams that are active (as in someone posts at least every day, and we try to chat!) then come on over to the Hen House. we're a small group and we talk and support each other just about every day (and most of us have also been on spark since before there were double-digit years in the 2000s ;) )
