1. Lose 10 lbs in 12 weeks.

2. Complete fitness streak challenge to exercise 20 minutes 5x a week for entire 12 weeks.

3. Drink 1 green smoothie and 1 protein shake 5 days a week for 12 weeks.

4. Reduce stress and risk of leading diseases.

Behavior goal:

I will make a conscious effort to exercise at least 5 days a week!
I will eat fruits instead of cookies, cakes, candies!
I will drink 8 glasses of water a day.
I will blog weekly on my progress.

Reward: Leaner, stronger, and smaller body, new clothes.
