Falling in Love w/ me

From indiana divorced 34 year old mother of two girls ages 16 and 9. I gained about 100 lbs with my 2nd girl and its still here. I have lost up to 30 lbs numerous times but it didnt stay gone long. I was active duty Army when I got pregnant and was in the best shape of my life. I miss the energy I had even more than I miss being able to easily shop for clothes.

Exercise everyday, changing it up a bit to make the exercise challenging and interesting. Weed out sugars from my diet. Add more Veggies and use portion control.

Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, or an listening ear, an honest accomplishment or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the power to turn a life around.

I hope you all are having a Wonderful day! I am here for you and I do care.

Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not;
But remember that what you now have was once among the things you only hoped for. You are BLESSED !
