Exercise MUST become a big part of my weight loss journey

I drink lots of water daily. I try to get my fruits and veggies in everyday but sometimes I fall short. For exercise I use Leslie Sansone walking work-outs. They are easy for me to do as I have arthiritis and cannot do anything high impact.
I am 59 years old, and live in PA with my husband. I have retired and being home everyday is great. I volunteer 2 times a week at a senior center and help out with typing & other office duties. I really enjoy getting out & meeting people.
I enjoy listening to music (mostly rock), reading and watching movies. I love "Spark" and all it offers - thank you!!
