Exercise MUST become a big part of my weight loss journey
Think positive, no matter what happens!!!
I drink lots of water daily. I try to get my fruits and veggies in everyday but sometimes I fall short. For exercise I use Leslie Sansone walking work-outs. They are easy for me to do as I have arthiritis and cannot do anything too high impact.
I am 58 years old, and live in PA with my husband. I am not working right now and enjoying being home.
I enjoy listening to music (mostly rock), reading and watching movies. I love "Spark" and all it offers - thank you!!
& FOR YOUR COMMENTS. THAT MADE ME DAY,IN FACT A LITTLE. I HAVE TO USE CAP'S.FOR HAD DOUBLE CATARACT SURGERY AND HAVE TO SEE WHAT I POST.
