I want to lose the pounds, and feel beautiful

Hi, my name is Rhonda and I'm from central part of Wisconsin. I've been on a diet for over year and lost a lot of weight, and now I gained some back. I want to feel better about my self, and my image and the best way is to lose the weight. I'm going to back to school this fall, my major will be Administrative Assistant. A 2 year associates degree. I've been out of school for 4 years now! So, with that comming up and losing weight, and slowly do surgery on my teeth in two years, I will ...

My Goals:
Is lose enough weight to be my healthy Weight

Excercise as much as I can

Eat less bad foods and eat healthy foods

Have better Self-Esteem, and believe in my self more.

My Program:
-Excercise 3 times a week, if I don't meet how many calories I have to burn that day if could be up to 6 days.

-Drink 8 glasses of water, and take vitamins (make sure to consult with a doctor before taking any kind of supplements.)
I take
-Calcium and Vitamin B, and St John's Wort for my anxiety.
- Eat less fatier Foods, and no regular soda, and soon no diet soda.
