This time around I have decided to change my life and become healthy. I have tried several times to loose weight with different diets and have lost a few kg in the past however I could never maintain a healthy lifestyle and ended up gaining much more weight afterwards.

1999: 93 kg
2000: 103 kg

2005: 114 kg (on my wedding day in March)
2005: 117 kg (1st pregnancy in May)
2006: 123 kg (in February after giving birth to my son)
2007: 122 kg (2nd pregnancy in Sep 07)
2008: 135 kg (in June after giving birth to my daughter)
2009: 133 kg (Oct 25th - my journey begins...)
I have decided from this day onward I am going to loose all the extra weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Total Weight Lost since October 25th 2009: 17 kg (133 to 116)


October 2009 (starting Oct 25th)- 3 kg (133 to 130)
November 2009 - 5 kg (130 to 125)
December 2009 - 8 kg lost from 125 to 117 and gained during the festive period (so back to 125 kg on Jan 1st)
January 2010 - 9 kg (125 to 116)
February 2010 - 3 kg (116 to 113)
March 2010 - ... kg (113 to ...)
September 2011 - 136kg (I have gained all the weight again)

My Goals:
My primary short term goal is to weigh at least 100 kg by April 2010

My long term goal is to weigh 75 kg by 31 December 2010 and maintain it (I will br happy to achieve that by October 2010!!!)

My Program:
- Exercise for 1 hour 5 days/week (I try!!!)

- Consume between 1200 - 1500 calories / day

- Drink 8 glasses of water per day

- I have completely banned from my diet Sodas, sugar, white bread, butter & other fats

- I eat plenty of fruits and veggies.

- Limited my meal portions

- Reduce carbs
- Allow myself to eat my favorite meals once a week!
