I love SparkPeople! I learned about sparkpeople from colleagues and thought I would check it out. That was a year and a half ago. I have found many SP friends who are supportive and encouraging.

Our dinners are not necessarily complicated, but they are healthy and a much better choice than takeout.

2013 Summer 5% Challenge Commitment:
-Exercise plan: work out 5-6 days per week, including swimming, yoga, running & DVD's (Jillian)
-meal plan (in advance)
-track calories on SP
-check in on the team page daily

Hi!! Yes, the points are tracked on either the monthly challenge thread ...where you just copy and paste. Then do what you can at your own pace. I will also do bonus point assignments on the announcements.

We also have the digging deeper threads which are at the bottom of the team page. We do what we can daily and update what we do...adding to our daily ttl.

There is no set goal...just what you can do!! Challenging yourself to get extra exercise. Keep us moving and having fun.
