Daily & Weekly Goals:
~Drink 2-3L water daily
~Workout at least 10 minutes per day
~Log all food daily
~Consume 1200-1500 calories daily
~Complete all start page activities of SparkPeople daily
~No food after 8pm
~Avoid wheat products at least 3 days per week

My Program:
Exercise daily :)
I vary between weights, cardio, yoga, pilates, dance, and barre depending on exercise ADD and/or how I feel.

Currently I am doing the 21 Day Fix workouts and love them!
