Initial: Loose 15 lbs and fit in to the clothes in my closet. :) Done! I'm rewarding myself with some new sunglasses. Short term: Fit into a size 16 so I can wear more of my closet! I will be rewarding myself with a manicure / pedicure. Long term: Reach a size 8! Not sure what my reward will be quite yet.
I try to walk every day. I go to the YMCA 2 to 3 times per week. I walk on the treadmill and bike as well as I just started strength training when I am there.
