I am Catholic, and realized that I was not treating my body as a temple of the Holy Spirit. I don't want to become obsessive about the numbers on my scale or clothing tags, but I do want to be a good steward of this body God has given me.

Speaking of Usborne Books, (yeah, I know we weren't, but it's in your side info.) I just read the coolest book by them. It was a padded children's book about Charles Dickens' books. It was a PERFECT way to introduce your kids to his literature. PERFECT.
i LOVED it.

“Whatever course you decide upon, there is always someone to tell you that you are wrong. There are always difficulties arising which tempt you to believe that your critics are right. To map out a course of action and follow it to an end requires courage.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

Yes, you can do it!!
