I have a year old grandson. I would like to be around for his wedding as well as all my granddaughters.
To travel more easily and sight see without being winded.
Walk down stairs without feeling as if I will fall. My legs are stiff! (I have improved in this! 11/2/09)
My yard is getting a make over as I am using it for my excercise.
I have lived on Guam and in Micronesia since August '64! I love the warm tropics and have enjoyed visiting family and friends in the states in the summer since my youngest son became a flight attendent with Continental Micronesia! I now have six grand daughters, one grand son and a great grand child! They light up my life.
I am learning to do things with my computer since I joined Sparks. It has been fun!
Just visited your Spark page. What a nice family. It must be great living on Guam or a warm place. I am here in cold snowy Illinois. We buy kabocha squash here. I like it too. I just put a little butter and brown sugar on it.
Thank you for the Spark Goodie! I've been out and about this past month to the sewing store where I'm learning how to use my new sewing machine that embroiders. When I'm sewing I'm NOT eating, and when I'm learning something new it feels so good. I like to learn by show and tell rather than following the book directions. It's just more fun. And I also visit my good friends Linda and Dave while I'm at the store. It's a win win!!!
