August the 5th 2012 without a clue what would happen I started SP. I have changed so much in such a short time it really doesn't feel like that long. I hope the rest of my journey is this great. My entire adult life I have been obese. There is no excuse good enough for why. My mother has struggled the last 30 years of her life with her weight. We really didnt watch what we ate unless you count seeing it go in our mouths LOL. We would walk together and try to eat better but I think what we did was really starve and quit a few weeks later. You can enjoy the food you are eating. I have had to relearn how to cook because before if it tasted good we ate it with no regards to how good or bad it was for you. I love SP. I have been overweight since I was a teenager and it made things hard in school. I have lost the weight and got bored with what I was doing and gained it back plus some I think this is the longest I have ever stuck with anything and it feels great. It makes me feel great that I have involved my family so they can become healthier with me. EVERYONE KEEP PUSHING NO MATTER HOW HARD IT IS FOR YOU JUST REMEMBER IT IS HARDER THE LONGER YOU WAIT. GOOD LUCK. YOU CAN DO IT.
UPDATE: well its been a year and I have not progressed as far as I wanted to so here we go again if I had continued and not let anything get in the way I would probably be at my goal weight. So that being said here I am again September 8 2013 started not quite back at where I was but not where I had wanted to be. I need all the motivation and support that can be given thanks.-Feb. 1 2014 here we go again I really don't know what happened or why I get so easily distracted from my goal. It just seems to spiral down faster and faster. I am really ready to get back on track the way I was before. So here we go. I am going to start by taking time for me.

My Goals:
Everyone says to lose weight. I want to do that too, BUT I want to gain strength, health, power, and control of my life, weight and health. To set a great example for my kids so they can have a wonderful life. To make memories with my family to look back on and say we enjoyed that so much.


My Program:
Track my food and exercise, eat healthy, drink water, exercise daily. Enjoy it all. Have FUN



Personal Information:
I am from Valdosta Ga a little town close to the Florida line. I have always wanted to live in a big city but I don't think I could handle all the people unless I was put on a lot of meds LOL


Other Information:
To love yourself is to let everyone love you.

If you never try you never know how strong you can be
