After finishing my undergrad two years ago I've been moving less and eating more, and I've gained 1.5 st (9 kg/21 lbs) since then. I want to run. Not shuffle along, stopping to walk after two minutes, but really run, so that when the Daleks come knocking I won't be exterminated (have I mentioned I'm a nerd?). I want to touch my toes without bending my knees or separating my feet. I want to not eat a large bar of chocolate in one sitting. But I want to eat a small bar of chocolate every once in a while. I want to do arm balances. I want to be strong.

Meditation is good, I still have to learn to practice it daily and breathing deeply too. I believe that small steps are the best. We will all see results, just need to be patient. emoticon
